Again, the cost per megabyte for them continues to cut down, which is not the case for CD-ROMs and floppies.
And the most important thing is that you can use bootable USB Flash Disk almost everywhere, on any PC that has USB port. Are you going to repair your PC at your work without CD-ROMs, floppies or other media? No problems anymore. Or you have a laptop but without a CD-ROM drive? Even if with a CD-ROM drive, you can't work with it for a long time: boot device is accessed quite often, and battery power is obviously not enough to supply laser for a long time. Perhaps you are home user with a desktop PC. And you are ready to repair it with your favorite bootable CD-ROM, OK. But what if CD-ROM drive fails? Will you be able to boot or to get your backup data back?

El año 2007 deja al intérprete de reguetón Daddy Yankee con una mezcla de emociones. El artista dio un vistazo a sus últimos doce meses y encontró que a pesar de tratarse de un año muy fructífero, debió encarar grandes luchas. “En términos de negocios, fue un año muy productivo y en términos de filantropía, muy especial. Pero ha sido un año muy duro en términos de ataques hacia mi persona”, dijo el intérprete a PRIMERA HORA. Daddy Yankee se dedicó este año a mimar su fundación Corazón Guerrero, con la que se sumó al grupo de figuras que utilizan su fama para aportar a la labor comunitaria. También contó que en el primer semestre arrancará la promoción de su colonia. Daddy Yankee espera recibir el 2008 con una tregua de sus detractores quienes, dijo, nunca están dispuestos a hablar de sus logros y de la forma en que lleva “la bandera por otros países”. “Viajo el mundo entero y me tratan con amor y respeto. ¿Por qué tienen que ser los míos los que me atacan cuando mis grandes proyectos comienzan aquí? Creo mucho en el respeto, y hay cosas que van por encima del negocio y una de ellas es el respeto”, concluyó.
Mientras espera por la decisión del Tribunal de Apelaciones del Primer Circuito en Boston, el reguetonero David Sánchez Badillo, conocido como Tempo, sigue en el complejo correccional en Coleman, Florida. Recibimos una carta y varias fotos de éste en la cárcel, en la que destaca su relación con su amigo Daddy Yankee.
Para el 2008 sus ilusiones están cifradas en tener un nuevo juicio y la salida de su disco, “Free Tempo The Album”, bajo la tutela de “El Cangri”.
En su misiva Tempo explica que la foto con Daddy “fue cuando él vino a verme para darle los últimos toques a nuestro acuerdo y para la salida del disco”.
Aunque LA PRODUCCIÓN ha sido pirateada, sabemos que la fanaticada de Tempo está pendiente del original y lo comprará, ya que el dinero que se recaude de la venta será para ayudar a la defensa de éste.
Así que mientras su familia espera en Ponce la decisión del Tribunal de Boston, Tempo tiene las esperanzas cifradas en que el público compre su nueva producción, la cual tiene la participación especial de la Orquesta Sinfónica de Londres.
